Your health and the health of our staff is our top priority. We want to assure you that we are monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 and will be taking the necessary steps to ensure that you are as safe as possible.

On this page, we will keep you updated on the status of each resort as we receive them, the security measures we are taking and any policy updates.

Most of our resorts have reopened with new health and safety standards. All public areas are regularly disinfected, personal protection and social distancing measures are implemented, and sanitation stations are available to all guests. We advise consulting with local authorities regarding the reopening of restaurants for dining and other local services.

Below is a description of the measures taken per hotel, hotel facilities and special requirements per country. As local ordinances can change quickly, please contact the individual resort for the most current details.

Upon arrival at the resort, you can be registered for an appointment for pre-departure COVID-Test which is required for all passengers on any flight entering the US.

Test price per person is $25 USD plus tax for guests with a hotel credit card on file.

Results within 72 Hrs prior to departure

Guests will be administered the Antigen (rapid test recommended by CDC) COVID 19 test onsite by a local Hospital Medical team and will provide a Medical report within the required 72 hour timeframe.

Test Negative, ready to go home

Should a guest test positive for the COVID 19 virus, the normal protocols of quarantine at the resort will be followed with follow up care administered by the hospital staff. These measures will be done so at the guest’s expense.

At Travel Raintree, we understand that we live in a reality that changes from one moment to the next. If you need to change your trip, you can do so, at no additional cost, up to 24 hours before your reservation date.

On existing reservations, rates are non-refundable, but we will be happy to find a date that fits your availability.

For new reservations, you may cancel your room at no additional charge.
